A former Police Sergeant with the Napa Police Department, Mr. Bahn holds a degree in Social Work. After leaving law enforcement he became a history teacher and secondary school administrator responsible for discipline and safety. Recognizing teachers receive little or no training on personal safety or how to investigate school incidents he completed his Master's Thesis on this subject. This work is the foundation for much of the training Mr. Bahn provides in his seminar training known as Edu-Safe.
