Ann Flaherty is the owner of The R.D.D. Detective Agency and executive director of ElderAngels, Inc.  Flaherty acquired The R.D.D. Detective Agency from its founder, Fay Faron, who she worked hand-in-hand with for many years.  Flaherty and Faron collaborated on many TV projects including Oprah, 20/20, Dateline and several cable shows. 

It was also through this partnership that Flaherty co-founded ElderAngels, a non profit organization that assists victims of financial elder abuse. Through her work at ElderAngels, Flaherty has investigated hundreds of elder abuse cases and is considered an authority in this area of investigation. 

Ms. Flaherty's investigative work was highlighted in California Lawyer Magazine (Jan. 2000) for her part in uncovering corruption within the Riverside County Probate Courts.
 
Ms. Flaherty is a licensed private investigator, in the state of California.  Flaherty has over 30 years of experience in the investigative field and possesses a degree in Criminology.

Her work within the field of investigations has resulted in the arrest of thousands of individuals for a wide variety of crimes and is a court qualified expert in shoplifting.  Flaherty's investigations have allowed her to liaison with law enforcement agencies across the country in pursuit of justice for the many victims of fraud.  Her investigative expertise is sought after and highly respected. 
 
Flaherty’s investigative agency is located in the Sacramento area however they conduct investigations nationwide.  Some of the agency's areas of special expertise include; missing persons, fraud, elder abuse, background investigations, due diligence and security consultations.
