Bibiana Bacon has over 15 years of experience in performing industry-specific legally compliant pre-employment and workplace investigations.
 
Her career began with the development of an investigative program within a Fortune 500 healthcare organization.  She was responsible for conducting criminal, civil and administrative investigations within 120 hospitals in 18 states.  This included victim and witness interviews and preparing cases for civil and criminal proceedings.
 
Her legal education combined with senior level human resources (SPHR) certification makes her uniquely qualified for 'pre' and 'post' employment investigations.  Through her investigative work and victim/witness interviews, she has successfully dispelled allegations of discrimination and wrongful termination resulting int he rejection by counsel of plaintiff's actions prior to trial saving clients and attorneys time and money.
