Private Investigator, Brian S. Wolfe, has worked as a field investigator since 1990, providing expert services in surveillance, AOE / COE, activity checks, and background investigations.
Additionally, Mr. Wolfe specializes in domestic assignments, locating missing persons, investigating potential infidelity/cheating spouse allegations, investigating personal injury claims for attorney company Kottler & Kottler and performing surveillance to aid in child custody disputes. Mr. Wolfe's efforts in the past, have led to the successful recovery of children who had been listed as runaways, abducted and profiled on milk cartons.
As the lead investigator on homicide cases he has worked with Counsel Mr. Mark Werksman which led to reduced charges in the Sylvan Street Murder case in 1998.
Mr. Wolfe has performed investigations for several of the top investigative firms in California and is currently providing services to the largest worker's compensation insurance company in California.
Specializing in insurance fraud, surveillance, subrogation and witness statements, Mr. Wolfe's investigative results, expert testimony and the video evidence obtained during his investigations have been utilized in the successful litigation of hundreds of legal cases and have aided in reducing costs and expenses associated with fraudulent worker's compensation claims.
He has appeared before the California Superior Court to provide testimony in support of his investigative efforts, resulting in a significant reduction of potential liability for clients and was instrumental in assisting in producing arrests and convictions in a wide range of workers' compensation cases.
Locating runaways, missing persons, investigating infidelity cases and personal injury claims has also been a significant sources of cases in the past for Wolfe Investigations.
