A twenty year veteran of OCSD, Mr. Baker spent the last eight years in investigations before retiring in 2009. His assignments included Special Investigations, Gangs, Economic Crimes, and Homicide. He has has conducted hundreds of complex investigations throughout his investigative career and utilized his experience acquired in Special Investigations to benefit his investigative techniques. Mr. Baker's unique expertise in covert operations, surveillance and knowledge of narcotics and gangs has proven beneficial in his investigations. He has also testified as an expert in both Federal and State courts on gangs and narcotics.
