Randal J. Pissot grew up in Ogden, Utah and graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in management with a minor in accounting.   

Mr. Pissot started his career with the Internal Revenue Service in 1968, attending numerous classes during his career, including auditing, individual and corporate income tax law, tax evasion, conspiracy, money laundering, and asset forfeiture as it relates to narcotics issues.  From 1973 to 1977, Mr. Pissot worked as a tax auditor in the IRS Examination Division.  In 1977 he became a Special Agent with the Criminal Investigation Division of the IRS in San Diego, CA.  As a Special Agent with the IRS, Mr. Pissot conducted complex financial investigations involving tax crimes, specifically tax evasion and narcotics related crimes.  He successfully investigated high profile cases within the San Diego community, including business leaders, drug dealers, and public officials.  Mr. Pissot also investigated tax-related matters that ended in non-criminal resolutions. 

Mr. Pissot has interviewed persons, analyzed books and records, and wrote detailed reports of his findings.  He has prepared numerous affidavits in support of search warrants and other legal documents.  He was the lead agent in an official corruption case that resulted in the prosecution of the largest criminal bribe case in IRS history.  As an agent, Mr. Pissot has testified in numerous trials and grand jury proceedings. 

In 1999, Mr. Pissot was promoted to supervisor of a group of agents in the San Diego Field Office.  Under his direction, the group successfully investigated a prominent surgeon in one of the largest high profile tax cases in San Diego.  The case involved several sophisticated schemes, with domestic and international money laundering.  He also directed a team investigation of a national corporation and its owners for tax evasion.  This multi-target investigation involved numerous search warrants of the corporate head quarters and residences of the business owners.  

Mr. Pissot retired from the IRS in May 2004 and started work for Baker Street Group, Inc.  in June 2004.
